The guidance from our specialized reception desk (email or telephone) will direct you to the appropriate repair plan and authorized agency for your warranty repair needs. If a repair is necessary, an assessment will be made by an authorized agency to determine warranty repair conditons.
Products may be sent in, taken in or called in (visitation) for repair within the greater Tokyo area. When product purchase information is not provided, repairs will be supported based on the agreement process provided by written estimation.
